   In order to develop the concept for HTA, a highly specialized and experienced team is required. 

  The three main pillars this team come in three fields of expertise all from within the themed

  entertainment industry.

1)  Overall design and creative direction -- Matthew Martin DesignWorks

Matthew Martin DesignWorks. California

Starting in November 1999, MMDW senior executives, Matthew M. Martin and John L. Novak were founding principals of Archeon, the attraction arm for the trade show goliath, Exhibitgroup/Giltspur.  With their 25 years with Walt Disney Imageering and Universal Studios Creative, they achieved rapid success and critical acclaim in attractions, museums, visitor centers and special events/trade shows.  Martin and Novak spun off from Exhibitgroup/Giltspur in April 2002, retained key staff, and renamed the company, Matthew Martin DesignWorks.  Since 2002, the company has focused on bringing its exciting style of immersive, experiential design to museums and themed attractions worldwide.

 Management Resources  

Management Resources specializes in providing management, operations, and marketing services to the leisure-time industry.  For the past 27 years, we have been providing economic consulting, business, operational and marketing planning, and daily operational management to major theme parks, museums, World Expositions, Olympiads, urban/location-based, entertainment centers, and quality destination resorts.  Our work in these instances has been performed in the United States, Canada, Europe, Middle East, Austrailia, South America, Asia, and Africa.

Many of our industry clients include the major entertainment companies, e.g., Disney, Viacom/Paramount, Universal Studios, Sony Entertainment, Radio City Music Hall Productions, Gaylord Entertainment, Anheuser-Busch, Silver Dollar City, and Time Warner.  Management Resources has been involved, at all levels, of World Exposition planning and operations (from1982 through 2000), as well as, both summer and winter Olympic Games.  Our work with resort destinations has included Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, downtown New York City, British Columbia, Vail, Calgary and Mammoth Lakes.  Additionally, we have served numerous museums, not-for-profit institutions and have developed various family entertainment concepts for major shopping center developers.
